Hillary Clinton’s Weak Campaign Slogan is Getting Mocked on Twitter

#Slogans4Hillary is trending on Twitter

Hillary Clinton recently started repeating her new slogan “We are Stronger Together” as a way to fight off the Bernie Sanders Democratic party insurgency.  With Clinton’s poll numbers sliding against the GOP presumptive nominee Donald Trump, her campaign is scrambling to find the  politically correct message to unite her party.

On Meet the Press, Clinton told Chuck Todd,

Look, we are stronger together. We are stronger together, in facing our internal challenges and our external ones. We are stronger together if we work to improve the economy. And that’s going to mean trying to get the Republicans to do what will actually help produce more jobs, like we saw in the 1990s. We are stronger together when we have a bipartisan, even nonpartisan foreign policy that protects our country. And that provides a kind of steady, strong, smart leadership that the rest of the world expects from us.

And I know that, you know, slogans come and go, and all the rest of it. But when I look at where we are in our country together, we need to unify the country. We are stronger together, when we act on a set of plans and priorities that will redound to the benefit of the American people.

After weeks of polling and focus group testing, Clinton’s latest messaging is designed to bring the DNC together and build upon her campaign of inevitability. Meanwhile, Sanders called out the DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz and signaled his support for her competitor while calling the primary election process “rigged.”

Senator Bernie Sanders latest rhetoric has placed the Clinton & DNC cabal into damage control mode as a bitter convention platform fight looms. Sanders supporters are angry with the DNC and their attempts to marginalize their message of income equality and fight against Wall Street influence.

Twitter has ideas for a new Clinton slogan

Twitter erupted with tweets about the Clinton campaign slogan change today as thousands of people used this as an opportunity to tweet their dislike for Clinton.

The GOP wisely jumped into the fray with a few clever ideas for Clinton’s slogan.

The Twitterverse has created thousands of tweets expressing their real feelings for Hillary Clinton with tweets like these:

The Twitter hashtag #Slogans4Hillary has nearly 100,000 tweets and counting. Donald Trump, the candidate with a mastery of Twitter must be watching closely and laughing as the DNC continues to implode.

It will take more than a simple slogan change to turnaround the Clinton campaign as it barrels forward towards the November election.
