Decent designs at moderate prices (considering it’s an online store)

• Customer care is okay. They respond but sometimes it takes hours.

• The packaging is pretty good. All items are packed in plastic boxes with lots of foam in between. These boxes are pretty sturdy and can be used to store the pieces as well which is super convenient.

Cons:

• The fact is that they refuse to refund to source even if the mistake is from their side. This to me is unacceptable because you’re forcing the customer to buy from you for a mistake you’ve made?!!

• Some of the pieces are too expensive for the size and work. There were mild casting issues where it seems like the metal has melted unevenly instead of forming the design. I don’t mind this but something to know if you like your pieces super even and perfect.
